DAY 1 Start at Lukla 2,860m/9,383ft and trek to Phakding 2,610m/8,563ft

DAY 2 Phakding to Namche Bazaar 3,440m/11,286ft

DAY 3 Rest day and Acclimatisation Hike

DAY 4 Namche Bazaar to Tengboche 3,970m/12,696ft or Pangboche 3,910m/12,830ft

DAY 5 Tengboche / Pangboche or Dingboche 4,410m/14,469ft

DAY 6 Rest day in Pheriche or Dingboche, with acclimatisation hike.

DAY 7 Pheriche or Dingboche to Lobuche 4,940m/16,207ft

DAY 8 Lochuche to Gorekshep 5,180m/16,995ft (drop off bags and unimportant gear) to EBC 5,364m/17,598ft to Kala Patthar 5,644m/18,514ft for a beautiful sunset and then back to Gorekshep.

DAY 9 Gorekshep to Pangboche or Tengboche.

DAY 10 Pangboche or Tengboche to Namche Bazaar

DAY 11 Namche Bazaar to Lukla
